At Ruffilo, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with our Exchange and Returns Policy.

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable items (e.g., snacks)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom products
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at ruffilo.pets@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence of the product being defective or damaged
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was received.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
